Theresa M. Sterbis founded Project Partners, inc. in April of 1999 after stepping out of a corporate officership to pursue a life-long passion for interior design. She is degreed both as an engineer and interior designer. Being trained in both the analytical and creative fields, Theresa meticulously focuses on the details that turn a good design into a great design. She approaches all design projects with a rare eye that enables her to deliver creative designs that both look beautiful and function well once installed.

Theresa has travelled and worked extensively in all corners of the globe. She has a great awareness of global details and has first-hand experience in the study of the different design approaches and techniques used around the world.

Theresa's work has been published in "Woman's Day Kitchens and Baths" (2008), "Kitchens by Professional Designers XX" (2007), "Designer Baths V" (2007), "Designer Kitchens, Baths & Other Rooms X " (2007), and "Designer Kitchens and Baths IX" (2006.)

Certifying her credentials and staying involved in organizations that do so is important to Theresa. She has her AKBD (Associate Kitchen and Bath Design) certification from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA). Theresa is proud to have won two Finalist Awards in the 2002 Design Visions contest sponsored by the Chicago Midwest Chapter of NKBA.
