Kathleen Wiercinski retired from a corporate career in customer service and account management and went back to the classroom to pursue a love for interior design. She is degreed both in business management and interior design. Kathy also holds a license in real estate. With Kathy's background in design and real estate, she approaches design with a consideration for functionality as well as resale value.

Before joining Project Partners, Kathy worked directly on staff for a builder guiding clients through the selection process and coordinating selections in the field.

Alison McLaughlin is degreed in mass communications with a specialty in advertising. While Alison is new to the cabinetry design field, her background in desktop publishing and the graphic arts shines through in her CAD drafting ability. Alison's strong attention to detail is a great asset for both Project Partners and the builder when it comes to order accuracy and editing.
