When working with the designers at Project Partners,
both builder and client are partners as well. Whether designing for a newly constructed home or remodeling an old and dated room, the preparations that are made are very important in realizing the dream.

Here's what you can do to be prepared...

...Research the appliances that you want to use in the new design.  Jot down the makes and models that you would like to use. When developing a cabinet design that includes appliances, our designers start with the dimensions of your desired appliances and build from there.

...Collect magazine photos, articles, and anything else that shows what you like and what you do not like. Remember the adage, "A picture is worth a thousand words!"

...Jot down your family's wish list of items and functions to be included in your new design.  How do you intend to use the space?  What features have you seen elsewhere that you would like included?  What have you seen that you do not want incorporated?  What to leave out is just as important as what to include!

...Think about how much you want to invest in the design. Our designers realize that our design can not be your dream if it falls outside your price range.

...Do your best at drawing the floor plan of the space and taking the measurements. Note where windows and doors are located and what rooms can be found adjacent to the space.
